I had the opportunity to interview the lovely model and pageant queen Tabitha Robinson. I have known Tabitha a little over a year and I met her on Facebook. Tabitha is a very ambitious woman. Not knowing how I was impacting her desire to become a plus size model, Tabitha finally contacted me. As our friendship nourished, I gave her tips on what I did to become a plus size model. It did not take her long to grow and build her reputation. I began seeing photo shoot photos on social media, cover model for magazines, and eventually she started doing pageants. I give her credit getting involved in doing pageants because a lot goes on in the pageant world verses being a model. Being determined as she is, her passion even grew beyond modeling and pageants to starting her own t-shirt line called “2 Be You.” I spoke with Tabitha and she advised me that her t-shirt line might have the opportunity to be sold in Walmart stores. Tabitha plans on sending me a t-shirt in my favorite color and I will post a photo to my blog once it arrives. Here is Tabitha Robinson’s interview.

Find out what type of modeling you want to do because there are all types of modeling, like promo or fashion runway. You have to do what suits you the best and not others, you know what you're capable of. Be yourself, have confidence. Yes, it's hard work and determination, but you can do or be anything you want to be. You just have to work at it, it won't come to you, you have to go get it!
